Peppermint essential oil provides a familiar, recognizable scent, but Peppermint is so much more than simply a nostalgic, fresh aroma. This oil can be diffused to create a stimulating, focused atmosphere for daily tasks. You can also apply it topically to create a cool, tingling sensation on the skin, which can be very soothing after hard physical activity. We recommend using Peppermint aromatically or topically any time you want to add a pleasant variety to your routine.
I have used peppermint for a plethora of things from pregnancy nausea (diffusing in the background) to that special headache that only your kids can give you to even when my stomach just doesn't feel quite right after eating. It has many other uses and is worth a quick google search.
How to use
Rub topically on your skin, inhale or diffuse.
*This is a strong oil so if you need to dilute it with a carrier oil like olive oil. Put a small amount of olive oil in your hand and then a drop of peppermint. Don't get it too close to your eyes but if you happen to get it in there put the carrier oil at the corner of your eye and allow it to draw the oil out of your eye. Do not rinse with water as oil and water do not mix and it will not flush it.
