Stoneground flour is whole grain flour produced by the traditional process of grinding grain between two millstones. Stone-ground flours are thought to be more nutritionally sound because they contain the germ and bran, which are the parts that hold a lot of flavor. 
The only ingredient in this bag is the flour. It is made at the Old Mill Of Guilford which pre-dates the revolutionary war and hand mills all their flours, grits, and other products. You will not regret getting this flour and using it in your daily baking and cooking activities.
