It can be used for all ages, with the only change being for those under 1 needing maple syrup instead of honey.
One tablespoon a day for adults.
Kids under 12 one teaspoon a day.

I ordered some Elderberry syrup & started taking it daily. I have psoriatic arthritis & my inflammation is always high; but God is all I can say because for the1st time in years my marks were normal!!!
The name says it all! This elderberry has helped me and my family keep our immune system up. My daughter who got really sick 2 years ago has not gotten sick since I started giving her this elderberry a year ago. All I have to say is Thank you Jesus for Blessed by Elderberries🙏❤️
I’m on my 8th order now, and the difference it has made is incredible. My daughter is in first grade, and last year (kindergarten) was a nightmare—she was sick almost every week, which meant my younger one kept getting sick too. But since using this, her immune system is so much stronger. She’s barely sick now and even tells me about other kids who are sick at school. I'm so grateful we found this!

Taking this has really helped lessen my allergies and cold duration. To be fair, I also use Castor oil on my nasal passages. Perhaps the combination is what works best for me.

Not only do these babies smell AMAZING! They literally clear my sinuses! Lately I’ve been having one side that likes to clog up. Take a few inhales of these and it clears it right up!!!!
