Elderberry Tincture: Tranquility

Elderberry Tincture a simple way to convert fresh or dried elderberries into a homemade remedy to boost the immune system without any added sweeteners. To use as an adult, you simply take one dropper full daily sublingually and if you need it, you can take it up to 3 times daily. It can be added to juice or water to be taken and you can add to boiling water and then let cool to cook off the alcohol.

This elderberry tincture not only includes organic elderberry for the immune properties, but it also contains: 

• Hibiscus - Supports the heart and liver.
• Skullcap - May help protect against neurological disorders, anxiety, and depression.
• Lemon balm - Reduces stress & anxiety, promotes sleep, and ease pain and discomfort from indigestion.

Suggested use: 

• Adults: 1 dropper daily under the tongue or 3x daily if needed. 
• Children: 1/2 dropper daily under the tongue or 3x daily if needed.
