🍪 Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Mix

A comforting combination of hearty oatmeal and sweet raisins, perfect for baking classic, old-fashioned cookies with a pleasantly chewy texture.

🍫 Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
A classic chocolate chip cookie mix made with unbleached wheat flour, sugar, molasses, egg and buttermilk powders, leavening, natural flavoring, salt, and chocolate chips.

Each mix comes packaged in the Old Mill’s charming, old-fashioned packaging and requires only a few simple additions before baking.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Directions:

1. Melt 6 tablespoons of butter and allow it to cool slightly.
2. Add the melted butter and 2 tablespoons of water to the dry mix.
3. Mix well and roll the dough into 1-inch balls.
4. Bake at 350°F for 8–11 minutes.

The shorter the baking time, the softer the cookie.

Oatmeal Cookie Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Add ¼ cup oil and ¼ cup water to the mix.
3. Stir until well moistened.
4. Drop by teaspoonfuls approximately 1 inch apart on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
5. Bake for 8–10 minutes.
6. Cool on the cookie sheet for 1 minute before transferring to a wire rack.
