I haven’t been sick since I started talking a TBSP of this every day!
Taking this has really helped lessen my allergies and cold duration. To be fair, I also use Castor oil on my nasal passages. Perhaps the combination is what works best for me.
I’ve been using this elderberry syrup since February snd things, within me, have noticeably changed! Back in July, I had a summer flu incident; the great part was the fever and sore throat were over in two days, while the minor aches and pains passed in three to four days!! Much quicker than usual for me!!! And that’s so encouraging!!
